Regional Banker/Teller

As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in West Palm Beach, FL. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

As a Regional Banker/Teller, you will:

1. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
2. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
3. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
4. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
5. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Typically requires 1+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
