Position Summary : Programmer

AVDG is seeking a programmer with experience in developing advanced customer control system and user interfaces using the following platforms : Crestron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, Extron, Lutron and others. Industry certifications from these manufacturers, in addition to InfoComm certifications (such as CTS), are recommended but not required. This position requires a communicative, collaborative individual with a unique ability to work with all levels of clients, both internal and external. The selected candidate must be detail-oriented, client focused, and able to work in a fast-paced organization while prioritizing their workload.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following :

• Control systems programming for platforms listed above.
• Write program specifications; create system / user documentation and instruction manuals.
• Coordinate commissioning of projects with project managers.
• Understand and meet all deadlines.
• Interact with Project Manager to achieve complete and functional program.
• Provide end user testing, training, and end to end system integration.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
