Role Impact

This hybrid developer role bridges two powerful enterprise platforms-ServiceNow and Workfront-to streamline operations and enhance cross-team efficiency. You'll be the go-to expert for building and maintaining custom workflows, automations, and integrations that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automations in both ServiceNow and Workfront

Design scalable integrations using RESTful APIs between ServiceNow, Workfront, and enterprise systems

Translate stakeholder requirements into reliable, secure, and efficient platform solutions

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and data integrity

Document architecture, solutions, and workflows for team use and governance

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of combined experience with ServiceNow and / or Workfront platforms

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules for ServiceNow

Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, templates, forms, and report configuration

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations
