Pay Rate : Earn up to $48 / hr for all taxable hours!
Travel Benefits : Travel no housing : $20 / hr. taxable + $1200 per week(20 / 30)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary. Document this need clearly.
- Maintain ongoing documentation in which goals, progress toward functional goals, and medical necessity are clearly stated.
- Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physician reports, daily notes, charge tickets, etc.) legibly, appropriately, and in a timely fashion to meet facility, physician, and payor deadlines.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and / or participate in facility meetings as directed by the Center Manager (may include utilization review, infection control, disaster preparedness, etc.) Requirements :
- Resume
- CA Physical Therapy License
- Current - BLS / CPR (AHA)
- Skills checklist
- 2- current -Supervisor references
- Physical (within the last 12 months)
- PPD (within the last 12 months)
- MMR, Varicella, Hep B or Titers- Vaccination
- Tdap / Flu (or decline)
- Covid Fully Vaccinated
- Exams
- LGBT Training Certification
- Must be able to pass background / urine drug screen
