Valuations Coordinator

A company is looking for a Valuations Coordinator to manage the valuation ordering process for its lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

Order and manage appraisals, BPOs, and related valuation products for various loan types

Serve as the primary point of contact for valuation vendors and ensure timely completion of orders

Review valuation requests for accuracy and track appraisal timelines to meet internal targets

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in valuations coordination or a similar role in private lending or mortgage lending

Hands-on familiarity with appraisal / BPO workflows for business-purpose products

Strong understanding of valuation types and report standards

Experience working with AMCs or third-party valuation vendors

Proficiency with loan origination systems and valuation ordering platforms
