A DAY IN THE LIFE :

As a Quality Specialist I , you’ll be an integral part of our Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating internal and external audits, tracking findings, and driving process improvements. You’ll support compliance across departments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help sustain and improve our certification programs. Your detail-oriented mindset and drive for excellence will ensure that we meet regulatory requirements and exceed quality expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Support Audit Execution : Coordinate and schedule audits, facilitate internal and external audit processes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed effectively.
• Improve QMS Processes : Identify and support improvements to audit workflows, documentation, and internal training to enhance overall quality performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to align audit practices with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Track and Report Metrics : Monitor audit progress, prepare summary reports and metrics for management review, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and Deliver Training : Conduct company-wide training on audit procedures and quality standards while maintaining organized training records.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Assist in self-audit initiatives, gap analyses, and certification sustainment efforts to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Act as Liaison : Represent the Quality team in engagements with external auditors and suppliers, requiring occasional travel (

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting rate for this position ranges from $31.25 - $38.50 per hour , depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, Innoflight offers a well-rounded compensation package that includes a Profit-Sharing Bonus and a Cash Performance Bonus to reward both individual and company performance.
