• Help keep our global commission payouts accurate and on time
• Research, audit, and troubleshoot compensation questions
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Support teams
• Dive into data and learn how commissions work across multiple markets

What You Bring

• Strong Excel skills
• Interest in finance, analytics, or direct-selling/MLM models
• Great attention to detail and communication
• A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business-or you're working toward one
