Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations for an assigned unit. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining high standards of resident care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. The RN Unit Manager serves as a key liaison between frontline staff and senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned nursing unit

Establish, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures

Mentor and support nursing staff by providing clinical guidance and career development

Maintain and uphold high standards of resident care and clinical practice

Review resident medical records and monitor quality of care

Evaluate individual resident cases and overall unit performance

Address resident and family questions or concerns professionally and promptly

Represent unit needs and priorities to upper-level management

Qualifications :

Active State Registered Nurse (RN) License

3+ years of long-term care experience preferred

2+ years of Charge Nurse experience preferred

Strong computer and documentation skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

Shift :

Full Time
