Role / Responsibilities

Job Description :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

9+ years of professional software development experience with a strong full-stack background.

3+ years of experience in a tech lead or team lead capacity, with direct people management responsibilities.

Proven expertise in both front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js / Java) technologies.

Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and modern infrastructure-as-code practices.

Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum : $115000 / Annum

Pay Range Maximum : $160,000 / Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies : medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
