Salary : $20.00 / Hour

A Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job site to help them learn the skills necessary to become independent at their job.

    • As a Job Coach, you get to work closely with the individuals we serve to help them build independence and achieve their goals.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma / GED or above.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
  • A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
