Description

The TDS Creative Services team is looking for a graphic designer to assist with the creation of charts, graphs, infographics, reports, brochures, and conference materials. You will support our research financial analysts to transform data and research findings into visually engaging and informative graphics for our clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of our firm's branding and assist in creating conference branding materials.

Infographic Creation : Support our team in translating equity research data into clear, concise, and visually appealing infographics, charts, and graphs.

Data Visualization : Use your design expertise to present data and research findings in a manner that simplifies complex concepts, making them accessible to a broader audience.

Branding : Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's visual identity by designing marketing materials, reports, and presentations that align with our brand guidelines.

Conference Branding : Work on creating branded materials and visuals for conferences and events where our analysts and experts participate, ensuring a consistent and professional representation of our firm.

Stay Current : Stay updated on design trends, equity research industry developments, and tools / software to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual materials.

Job Requirements

3+ years of work experience in graphic design, infographic design and data visualization.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with equity research or the financial industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies / processes and / or initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

Education & Experience :

Undergraduate degree
