Job Summary
Servers have the potential to earn $35.00+ per hour, with auto-gratuity added to every guest check! As a Server, youll be the face of the guest experiencewelcoming, engaging, and guiding guests with genuine hospitality. Youll make thoughtful recommendations, showcase your menu knowledge, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, personality, and efficiency
• Stay current on menu offerings, daily specials, and any updates
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and care
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Refill drinks, clear tables, and respond promptly to guest needs
• Assist in special events and promotional activities
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or casual dining setting
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and solution-oriented
• Flexible availability to meet restaurant and cinema scheduling needs
• Food handler & TABC certifications required
