Responsibilities
- Full-Time | Project Site Based (Greater Central Florida & Travel as Needed)
A well-established Central Florida multifamily general contractor is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Superintendent to join our field operations team.
This position supports the Project Superintendent with day-to-day coordination and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and field activities to ensure all work meets quality, safety, and schedule standards. Our ground-up multifamily projects are located primarily within 100 miles north and south of I-4 , and our renovation projects can occur anywhere in the U.S. — so the ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel when required.

Assist the Project Superintendent with on-site coordination of subcontractors and vendors

Qualifications
2–5 years of field experience with a general contractor (multifamily preferred)
