Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

Positions based in Baton Rouge, LA. 10‑4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, operating primarily east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and accept recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

• Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement.
• Bonus opportunities: Safety and performance bonuses available.
• Home time: Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.
• Late‑model equipment: Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL.
