One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Center Manager (Clinician - PT).

Responsibilities :

  • Manage day to day operations of therapy center
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain employee files
  • Efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients
  • Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients
  • Provide top-notch physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
  • Assist with developing strategies to increase profitability including center-specific marketing / sales plans
  • Encourage development, learning, and growth of clinical staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels

Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment with respect to patient status, safety and well-being.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows based operating system (e.g. Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Strong Leadership skills

    • License / Certification :

  • Graduation in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program
  • State licensure / registration where applicable.
  • Active CPR certification
