We're growing and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be selling indoor comfort solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our customer's heating and cooling needs. We will provide the training and support needed to thrive in the industry. You'll be able to earn great pay and benefits while working in a friendly environment!

Primary Job Function: To meet with customers in their homes or businesses and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week.

Pay: Base salary + Commission, targeted yearly compensation $100k+ !!!

Required Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Good computer skills (including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work evenings
• Must work well as a team
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
