Requirements

Arizona RN License or compact license required
Cert: BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 2year of experince with Inpatient dialysis experience required. Acute Care hemodialysis experience required.
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
On-Call REQ: Yes,2 days per week
