Our client an innovative software development startup based in San Francisco is seeking an Event / Marketing Coordinator to help bring world-class experiences to life. The Role : Event / Marketing Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

The City : San Francisco CA (onsite during onboarding; will transition to hybrid)

The Industry : Tech Startup / Software Development

The Money : $32$37 / hour DOE

The Ideal Candidate : High-energy Organized Detail-driven Proactive Hands-on

The Day-to-Day

• Help oversee and maintain a dynamic events calendar ensuring timelines milestones and deliverables are always on track
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships (catering rentals A / V venues swag etc.) including quotes communication and on-site execution
• Support end-to-end event operations including invitations registration lists attendee tracking and day-of logistics
• Partner with marketing to support event promotion branded materials and post-event follow-up / recap content
• Serve as a boots on the ground resource assisting with set-up run-of-show execution guest experience and breakdown
