Project Details :

Pay Rate : $20 / hr.
Duration : Short-term contract
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Starte Date : 2 / 12 / 24
End Date : 2 / 16 / 24
Shift Availability : 4-day project.
Requirements : All positions require a successful completion of a background check & possible drug test (we do not check credit) - ABBTECH pays for both checks
Certification Requirements : CompTIA A+ or equivalent
Duties : Label installation

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Labels installed on systems so the labels will show through a 'window' / cutout of the Chromebook case.

Go to various locations to remove the case off the laptops and apply an asset label to the system so it faces out from the window on the case.

Technicians will need to likely build jigs using a piece of cardboard and cutting out a space on the cardboard template where the window on the case is to ensure labels are aligned and placed to face out of the window on the case when the case is reinstalled.

Responsible for resolving technical escalations that arise during service delivery.

Must be able to lead team of technicians and act individually to complete service events.

Needs to interact with the Customer Site Contact to prepare site for service delivery.

Interaction with colleagues

Project Support (Small, short-term activities).

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualification :

High School Diploma and 3 years of experience with at least a CompTIA A+ certification or at least 4 years of experience.

3+ years' experience in servicing / deploying computer equipment.

Proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies.

Experienced in managing subordinate technicians including escalating and resolving issues as they arise.

Possesses proven customer service background.

Individual should understand Statements of Works requirements and recognize cost impacts of operational matters.

Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed.

Possesses good analytical and communication skills.

Possesses strong ability to work independently.

Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.

Detailed oriented, independent, self-starter and customer service oriented.

Must have proven customer service background.

Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs.

Must be able to be on your feet ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs.

Desired Qualification :

MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification is a plus.

Certification in various hardware platforms may optionally be required for servicing hardware issues.
