Job Description :

• Develop critical modules, APIs, backend components, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Build and optimize microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native components.
• Mentor developers (junior, mid-level, senior) on Java, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Provide guidance on solution implementation, estimations, and technical complications.
• Support onboarding and skill development within the team.
