  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Help run food from the kitchen to the tables.
  • Take care of entering and delivering In-Room-Dining orders throughout the hotel.
  • Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
  • Memorize menu selections and wines, including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients.

Requirements :

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays or plates.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
  • Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (TABC license required).
