A company is looking for a Technical Writer for a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation, refinement, and lifecycle management of Business Essential Documents (BEDs) including SOPs, Policies, and Procedures
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and conduct research
Produce clear, accurate, and audit-ready documentation while identifying process gaps and conducting peer reviews
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience writing detailed technical documentation (2+ years)
Strong analysis and research skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects with changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
Critical thinking skills and the ability to gather and process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
