Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support both recruiting and administrative functions in our Flower Mound office. This role involves collaborating with the recruitment team to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions, while also handling essential administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Core Position Objectives:

• Source, filter, and screen potential candidates for available positions within the company utilizing an ATS
• Coordinate interviews with our internal recruitment team
• Assist with maintaining current job requisitions
• Facilitate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email correspondence memos, letters, or forms
• Provide general administrative support to interdepartmental staff as needed

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruitment experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• High school diploma required
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Compensation:

• $18 – $22 / per hour

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
