Adult Education Program Specialist

Qualifications :

• Highly organized with close attention to detail.
• Process management and analytic skills necessary.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience troubleshooting problems finding and implementing solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with foreign adult students teachers and the community in a positive manner.
• Expertise in Excel; demonstrated experience with other MS Office applications and related computing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as written and oral communication.
• Ability to work and contribute to a cooperative team environment with students staff and community and business associates.
• Ability to clearly communicate Adult Education programs to the public.
• Proficiency test(s) will be required.
• 52 Weeks
• Monday-Thursday 11 : 00 a.m.- 8 : 00 p.m. Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
