[job_card.job_description]Minimum 5+ years of experience with a large, reputable general contractor Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred but relevant experience accepted Experience leading and assisting on healthcare construction projects Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus $130k - $160k Base Salary (dependent on tenure, projects, and overall experience) Promotions assessed twice per year Two-tiered bonus structure paid out twice per year Company allowance(s) (truck allowance [$800 / month], tech package, gas card & toll tag) Unlimited PTO 401k Hybrid flexibility dependent on project size

They're looking for a Project Manager to take care of their Specialized Healthcare Construction projects who is service-oriented, curious, and appreciates innovation.
Job Description
The successful Project Manager will :
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
