We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a strong background in mechanical and electronic engineering to join our North America team. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical interface between Foxconn and our customers, providing application support and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify and resolve customer technical issues.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Support customers with mechanical/electronic system design, testing, and integration.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI), including design validation and customer qualification.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal R&D for continuous product improvement.
• Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and maintain excellent client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in mechanical or electronic system applications (product development, integration, or support).
• Solid understanding of mechanical components, electronic circuits, and system-level integration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with manufacturing clients or OEM/ODM environments.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and circuit analysis software.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus.
