Job Description : Client Relations Specialist
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the paper & pulp textile and oil & gas industries
- Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the internal team
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate project management and construction management activities with clients
- Collaborate with technicians and provide checkout / startup support as needed

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fieldProven experience in client relations or customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDesired Experience :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations within the industrial sectorKnowledge of the paper & pulp textile or oil & gas industries is a plusExperience with project management software is preferredSalary & Benefits :
