Kamatics is seeking a Bearings Engineering Supervisor to lead our Applications Engineers and manage new application activities for bearing products. This role sets project priorities, reviews design proposals, and ensures engineering deliverables are accurate, manufacturable, and aligned with customer requirements. The Supervisor collaborates closely with field sales engineers and customer technical teams and may travel domestically and internationally to resolve design issues and support product marketing through technical presentations and seminars.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day engineering activities, the Supervisor contributes to new product development, drives innovation in bearing design, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives. A strong commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and teamwork is essential.
