Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide one-on-one support to a high school student with developmental disabilities in a specialized school setting in Manchester, NH. This role offers contract employment through the current school year, focusing on delivering individualized educational and behavioral support services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 : 1 support to a 21-year-old female student with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with two RBT staff members to facilitate transport between home, school, and community settings.
- Deliver specially designed instruction and related services during the school day, including vocational and leisure activities in community settings.
- Ensure student safety by adhering to and participating in training programs such as Safety Care, CPI, or CALM.
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and educational data.
- For BCBA candidates, provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians according to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience :
Active BCBA certification or Special Education teaching credentials.Minimum of three years of experience working within school-based behavioral or special education settings.Background in behavior analysis, safety protocols, and data-driven instructional methods.Willingness to engage in specialized training for safety and behavioral management.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in educational environments.Schedule and Location :
