houses hundreds of Airbus engineers who assist in the design and development of Airbus commercial aircraft cabins, including aftermarket upgrades, reconfigurations and services of all product types for the personal development of staff and ensuring succession planning is in place for leadership, supervisory and critical technical positions. / liliUnderstand technical processes and inform staff of updates and / or new processes, methods and tools. / liliBe the voice of the skills and the domain with Centre of Competence and all stakeholders meeting regularly with Technical Authorities and Technical Leadership within 1C and S. / liliSupports the preparation of Engineers for Technical Signatory within the organization. / liliParticipate in the initial resource planning of work packages or activities and approve contractual agreements (Statement of Work) / liliUnderstand resource cost targets and manage staffing levels and costs to meet the business needs / liliWork with Mobile Engineering Leadership team to allocate annual bonuses and merit increases utilizing performance indicators while being fiscally aware of funding streams and impact to business operations. / liliCollaborate with Project Teams to ensure One Voice in front of our customers. / liliCoordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR to communicate resource needs and determine planning for resourcing
