About the Role

Join us as the Director of Design, where you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance digital safety. In this role, you will lead the design of our AI-native social engineering defense platform, creating scalable systems that monitor and mitigate digital risks across multiple online channels. You will be instrumental in developing the core UX and visual language of our product, ensuring every user interaction is clear, consistent, and enjoyable.

As a strategic leader, you will evolve our visual identity and design systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our offerings through outstanding design. We are looking for customer-focused designers with a proven track record in a rapidly growing SaaS environment. This hands-on role requires a visionary who can define and scale a design system, while paying attention to details in visual hierarchy and storytelling.
