Claims Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation claims, including coverage analysis and documentation collection

Oversee the medical aspects of claims and manage Return to Work efforts for injured workers

Communicate claim status to stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external partners on legal strategies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred

1-2 years of claims handling experience with exposure to workers' compensation preferred

Valid driver's license required

AIC or other insurance designations preferred
