AI Developer

A company is looking for an AI Developer for a full-time, permanent, fully remote position open to US-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and AI agents using Java and / or Python

Build and optimize Generative AI applications, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Integrate LLMs with enterprise data systems to enable scalable and secure AI solutions

Required Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Java and / or Python

Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt design and optimization

Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or similar platforms

Hands-on experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI-to-tool integrations

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
