StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as possible – ongoing, Clinic and Call
• Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases : myringotomy, adenoidectomies, tubes / tonsils, airways, tracheostomies
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days, emergency privileges can be quicker
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required :
• Licensure Required : must have a Minnesota license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
