We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of auto loan documentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Review 1020 loan files at a time for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare documents against data in multiple computer systems.
• Verify all information before approving for disbursement.
• Communicate with dealerships or credit unions via email to resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
• Flag any discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Occasionally make phone calls to clarify information (minimal phone work).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1+ year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry role.

1+ year office experience in administrative support, banking, data entry, or dealership operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, using multiple tabs).

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience processing auto loans or consumer loans.

Background in banking or financial services.

Customer service experience in a financial setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
