Were a family-owned property group with multiple communities across California and Arizona, and were looking for a dedicated, hands-on professional to take the lead at Murrieta Palms, an all-age community in one of Southern Californias most desirable regions.

This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is thrives in both property management and maintenance. Youll live on-site in a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, RENT-FREE, while managing a well-established community just 65 miles from San Diego and minutes from Temeculas wine country.

About the Role
This is a full-time, live-on-site position where youll be responsible for the overall success of the community, both operationally and physically. That includes:

• Managing day-to-day operations (billing, application processing, utility readings, vendor coordination, etc.)
• Overseeing move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and efficiency
• Enforcing payment deadlines and community rules with consistency and fairness
• Handling minor landscaping and maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation, basic repairs, and property inspections
• Responding quickly to on-site issues (emergency readiness is a must)
• Maintaining curb appeal and community pride through regular upkeep of green spaces and shared areas
• Delegating tasks and coordinating with outside vendors when needed

About You
Were looking for someone whos both people-focused and mechanically inclined, someone who can manage a property and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.

• Previous experience in property or mobile home park management preferred
• Comfortable with basic maintenance (irrigation, sewer backups, light plumbing, etc.)
• Available for on-call emergencies and weekend needs
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and property software)
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with residents
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable living onsite full-time
