• Critical thinking skills and have the ability to have input and/or make recommendations to the doctor based on your assessment of the patient
• Strong memory and ability to learn and retain new information quickly
• Capacity to monitor and manage multiple IV patients

Requirements

• Licensed RN or BSN in good standing in the state of NE-patient care experience
• Excellent IV/ phlebotomy skills, experience with or willingness to be trained in accessing PORTs and PIC Lines
• Compassionate, pleasant and caring
• Excellent documentation and critical thinking skills
• Desire to learn and educate patients
• Be a team player with good communication skills

Part-time position – pay commensurate with experience and training – no health insurance provided, however other benefits include access to everything offered at the clinic. Hourly rate from $45-$55 per hour to begin or less for person not meeting all the qualifications listed.
