Midwest Security Forces is seeking highly experienced applicants to fill immediate Armed Security Officer positions in a residential community in Chicago, IL 60827 (South Side) . This position requires prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, excellent operational judgment, and the ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to security threats. We have full-time and part-time positions available.

General Armed Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Provide excellent customer service to our client’s staff, residents, and visitors
• Secure the premises and establish a friendly on-site presence
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Remain vigilant and proactively identify security concerns
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical situations
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Must have strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Ability to work within a structured team environment
• Must consistently maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
