Proficiency with CAD tools from previous internships / jobs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.). Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with machining / hand tools A PLUS! - Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines
