Learn more about us at www.innovenv.com What You’ll Do Collaborate with project managers, installers, and service technicians to support smooth daily operations Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and organize inventory for efficient access Coordinate and schedule domestic freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Manage limited international shipments with required customs documentation Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verifying secure loads and accurate paperwork Track shipments in real time, addressing delays or damages promptly Load and unload trucks, manage small parcel shipping, and maintain accountability Build and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate freight rates, and approve invoices for accuracy What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in freight coordination, warehouse logistics, or shipping and receiving coordination Hands-on forklift experience required Prior trade show or event logistics experience preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and dependable Basic computer skills required; familiarity with Google Workspace preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with discretionary company match Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and “Thank You” days Tuition assistance and employee referral bonuses A collaborative, high-energy culture that values teamwork and integrity Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:
