Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify business opportunities and risks, and develop processes for scalable growth

Lead M&A activities including due diligence, integration planning, and financial oversight of acquisitions

Prepare and present financial performance insights to the Board while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Required Qualifications

15+ years of total finance experience

5+ years in a software company as a CFO or SVP / VP of Finance

5+ years in a commercial business organization as a Controller / VP Finance

4+ years in a recognized accounting firm or as a business consultant / investment banker

Experience in M&A diligence, structuring, and / or integration activities
