About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) . For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com

In this role, you will :

File, photocopy, and answer phones

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature

Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Receive, log, batch, and distribute work

Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

Work under close supervision following established procedures

Location : 1305 W. W T Harris Blvd., Charlotte, NC

100% on-site at stated location

Relocation assistance is not available for this position

Shift : 9 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m. ET; Monday - Friday

• Shift is subject to change based on business needs and may include additional hours, weekends, or holidays

Proficient data entry skills including 10-key

Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills

Proficient experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as : Hogan, ICOM (integrated Cash Operations Modules), OIB (Operations Image Browser), and TrackPoint

Experience within Financial Services

Cash vault services and / or currency processing experience

Job Expectations :

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to work additional hours as needed

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled

Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
