Bilingual Data Analyst Spanish/English

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Duties:

• Support Data Scientists and project teams on AI-driven initiatives
• Perform manual data labeling and assist with model validation and quality assurance
• Build, publish, and maintain dashboards using Power BI for business and technical stakeholders
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL, Python, and APIs
• Bring analyzed data to a central data team for broader organizational use
• Gather and document requirements with a Business Analyst mindset and upload documentation to project management tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and operations stakeholders

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• Experience in a data-related role; new graduates with internship or project experience, or 1+ year of professional experience
• Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL required
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Understanding of ETL processes and working with APIs
• Ability to present data insights and dashboards to stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Call center or customer operations experience is a plus, but not required

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $68,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
