A company is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure optimal use of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients
Manage client requests, including incident resolution and platform configuration
Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
Knowledge of networks or event technology is a bonus
