Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in AR functions, particularly within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and resolution of pricing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities for Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts (Cash Application)
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Conduct collections outreach via phone and email
• Investigate and resolve pricing disputes and discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, and Finance) to ensure account accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payment status
• Assist with month-end AR reporting as needed
