Denton, TX | 6-month contract

What You'll Do:
- Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry - Receive full training.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, Facility Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
- Must possess valid LVN license.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
- Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
- Must pass drug screen, background check & fingerprinting
- Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday - Saturday
- Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.
