1. Lead and support the front office team.
2. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination.
3. Monitor office systems and day-to-day flow.
4. Partner with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
5. Handle HR tasks like hiring, onboarding, and performance check-ins.
6. Keep track of production goals and help drive growth.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a dental front office or management role.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.).
• Organized, upbeat, and ready to lead with kindness and accountability.
• Comfortable with numbers, insurance, and patient relations.
• Great communication and a solution-focused mindset.
