We are a sign and visual communications company specializing in large-format graphics and custom signage. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that designing for signage is not the same as designing for social media or web.

If you know how to design and think in terms of scale, materials, cut paths, and real-world installation—this role is for you.

What We Do

We design, produce, and install:

• Large-format digital graphics
  
  
• Vinyl lettering and cut vinyl
  
  
• Window graphics & frosted films
  
  
• Banners, posters, decals
  
  
• Rigid signage (PVC, ACM, acrylic)
  
  
• Custom visual branding solutions
  
  

Your designs will be printed, cut, installed, and seen in the real world—sometimes from 50 feet away.

Key Responsibilities

• Create production-ready designs for large-format printing and cutting
  
  
• Prepare files correctly for printers and plotter cutters
  
  
• Set up bleed, scaling, panels/tiles, and cut contours
  
  
• Work primarily in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop as needed)
  
  
• Adapt client artwork to production standards
  
  
• Ensure designs meet material and installation requirements
  
  
• Collaborate with production and installation teams
  
  
• Catch design issues before they turn into reprints
  
  

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
