Healthcare Recruiter

Internal Staff

$25 hour plus commission

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing, prescreening and initial onboarding.

Source and recruit candidates by using company's database

Screen candidates' resumes and job applications

Conduct prescreens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter qualified candidates

Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and throughout contract

Communicate daily with clients

Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"

Requirements

Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Proven work experience as a Recruiter

Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check, etc)

Hands-on experience with recruiting software (i.e. Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce, etc)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and autonomy

Self-motivated, self-starter and takes initiative
