Sorting Operator | $19-$21 per hour | 1st Shift (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm)

Job Description

As a Sorting Operator, you will support the sorting line by setting up vision systems, operating rotary and vibratory bowls, and ensuring product flows smoothly through the production process. You will also manage product labeling, palletizing, and material handling, while troubleshooting machine jams. This position offers on-the-job training, with the potential to grow into a back-up set-up operator role over time.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $19-$21 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
